CBPay SMS Consent and Verification Flow

Where consent is collected:

Users provide their mobile phone number in the CBPay mobile app or web platform during account registration, login, or phone number verification.

Call to Action shown to users:

Before requesting a verification code, users see the following disclosure:

“By requesting a verification code, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from CBPay for account verification, login authentication, fraud prevention, and account security. Message frequency varies depending on your login and verification activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. View our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.”

User action:

The user enters their mobile phone number and clicks “Send verification code” or “Request code.” CBPay then sends a one-time verification code by SMS.
